We are a team of automation experts that get excited about what robotics can do for small manufacturing businesses. We’ve seen firsthand the power of robotics working for some of the largest global industrial manufacturers, as well as factory automation OEMs. From the inside, we’ve seen how the big players deploy robotics to gain a competitive advantage

For a time, there wasn’t much that small manufacturers could do to close the gap. Initial capital requirements and the production volumes needed to payback the investment were out of reach for most small manufacturers.

But times have changed. The technology is now overall more affordable, with many more scalable options to suit businesses of any size that don’t require in-house programming teams. And now more achievable financing models exist, led most notably by Robots as a Service (RaaS) subscription models.

With mounting challenges facing small manufacturers that will only intensify in the near future, we see robotics as a path for small manufacturers to improve the agility of their operations and fortify their businesses against the uncertainty of the future.
